This large candle is left to cool slowly, with an attention to detail throughout every step.
The careful placement of the cotton wick, followed by a delicate hand-polishing process, highlights the candle's understated sophistication.
The candle's specially weaved wick ensures a steady, beautiful flame, enhancing your home's ambiance.
With up to 200 hours of burning time, this design candle retains its shape at room temperature, ensuring that its decorative charm lasts long.

The object is nestled within a medium-density foam that absorbs vibrations to prevent damage.
For added security, the medium-density foam is reinforced with inserts before being placed inside a protective outer box. ensuring optimal safety throughout its journey in the final shipping carton.
Delivery:
Delivery times differ depending on the destination. For deliveries within the EU, please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. For all other countries, deliveries may take between 3-4 weeks, depending on the destination.*
Returns:
For shipments within the EU, If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duties.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the date the returned item is received. The buyer will be fully reimbursed for the purchase amount and outbound shipping costs in accordance with the Chatel law. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event that damaged goods are returned, HOUSE BY® will return these to the buyer who will be responsible for the shipping costs.

The Standalone Candle was inspired by a piece of petrified wood from Michele Lamy’s personal collection. With the idea of utility in mind, she was drawn to the communal nature of a candle and its ability to bring people together around a flame.
Celebrating the beauty of ephemerality, the object fosters a deeper emotional connection, inviting reflection on the transient nature of both art and life. Describing the candle as a “welcome home”, Michele envisions it as a creation to be lit, cherished, and appreciated for the time it exists.
